New Airwallex Solution Automates Business Management Expenses

Fintech platform Airwallex launches its Expenses platform to help businesses manage their expenses.

Expense management has become an administrative burden for companies, explains Airwallex. The platform solves problems by automating parts of the spending process that have traditionally been considered time-consuming and manual.

Businesses can upload receipts for approval, reconcile expenses, and get real-time visibility into card transactions.

“Effective expense management is critical to the success of any business, so it’s no surprise that our Expenses solution has been in high demand by the businesses we work with,” says Shannon Scott, product manager at Airwallex.

“The Airwallex Expenses platform integrates seamlessly with our existing multi-currency card product. Combined, this suite of products provides control and visibility to businesses, helping to manage expenses, reconciliation and reporting conveniently in one place,” adds Scott.

The Airwallex Expenses solution includes the following:

Upload and Track Receipts: Allow businesses full visibility into purchases, with all details in one place

Assign expenses to the right accounting categories: Categorize expenses to track expenses and improve efficiency

Reconcile and close the books faster: Expense management syncs expense data to business accounting software in real time

The Expenses solution works with Airwallex Borderless cards, which can be used for business or employee expenses in over 140 currencies worldwide where Visa is accepted.

Spend will be available in all markets where Airwallex Borderless Cards are currently available, including Australia, UK, Hong Kong, US and then Singapore and Europe later this year.
