NAB denounces Big Tech’s allegations of FCC regulatory fees

“This claim is not only totally false, it is also intellectually dishonest,” Rick Kaplan, general counsel for the NAB, said in a blog post. “A quick review of the facts clearly shows that the NAB is seeking reasonable and necessary changes to ensure that the FCC is following the law and acting in the public interest. “
